Flu has been bugging me since last weds. Its been a WEEK (for those who have lost track of time since its the hols. Note:thanks to Gena for reminding me) and im nowhere close to recovery. Shite. The GP's medication is obviously not taking an effect on me. Either that or ive been munching all the wrong food. Well, i do get the munchies for all the wrong food. Cant help it. Like KFC. Ha. No wonder im not getting any better right?

The Journey that Almost Killed Me

Lugging all the shitty certs and what-not down to RELC is just no fun. Especially when they weigh a ton. Still feeling cheery while leaving the house cause i was supposed to meet Gena for coughee after getting the verification shite done =) BUT, who knew i would start feeling giddy and faint on the train ride down to RELC. Bloody hell. It was packed and cold. And i broke out in a cold sweat while standing. I swear i could have thrown someone off their seat if not for manners. The minute i stepped off the train at Dhoby Ghaut, i rushed to sit on those stone slabs. Called my dad to come down to accompany me to RELC cause im afraid of doing it on my own. And had to cancel on Gena. Blah. We will coughee very soon yesh? Im so sorry dear. Never meant for this shite to happen.


Okie so i got there and got all the neccessary stuff done. Paid up and left. What a pain in the ass.

My mind was just on my bed and how i wanna crash right into it once i get home.

Got home, ate lite lunch. About to sleep and the drilling from above starts. Good Lord. Why is it that everytime im sick or ive pulled an all nighter there HAS to be drilling or some form of crazy ass renovation going on above me?

Tired couldnt sleep so the only remedy for the moment..TV.

Till Mom engaged me in a lil afternoon delight - DaiDi.

Latest gig at The Cannery. Basically, they bring in foriegn talents every now and then. When i was there, there was some drum festival going on. Good cosy place to open your eyes to the diverse talents out there.

Great wine place i must say. The wine list will blow your mind. They've got both New World and Old World wines - Old World being more pricey of course. But fret not those tight on budget, there's a 40% discount off wines every Sunday.

Days at home are spent on the couch mostly. I guess there is a couch potato in all of us. Movie after movie (downloaded off the net of course. Im a Pirate!) Breakfast at Tiffany's was interesting. Never realized how skinny Audrey Hepburn was till today. And boy, is she skinny.

B-E-A-utiful nonetheless. Classy as hell. Ahh, romantic comedies never fail to put me in a good mood =)
